Designed in 2020, this captivating house showcases the studio’s expertise in crafting harmonious living spaces that balance tranquility and vibrancy. With a focus on high-quality materials and innovative design solutions, the Amber Place project offers a compelling glimpse into the intersection of modern architecture and interior design.

Interior designer Stephen Gambrel made a similar splash in a pre-war Upper East Side apartment, where he wrapped a cozy seating area off the dining room in a handmade wallcovering by Asterisk Design. As the sheeny wave-like pattern sparkles in the sunlight, it also conjures Electric Amber’s mystical aura. Perhaps the most dramatic change occurred in the kitchen, where Lewis installed a coved ceiling clad in handmade Moroccan Zellige tile and hand-scraped oak cabinetry, stained a rich brown. At the hub is a single large island—half marble, half butcher block—which replaced the two smaller islands of the original floorplan. Vintage touches, like the chicken-wire glass that encases the cabinetry or the vintage bronze pendant fixtures sourced in France, solidify the kitchen’s old-world charm. In partnership with Red Bull, Racing Fan Fest will also feature an immersive Red Bull Fan Zone with interactive activations such as major watch party areas, racing simulators, and more. Bodega is revving up those engines for a full-on F1 takeover at its flagship lounge in South Beach. Aside from having a full activation at the Miami Grand Prix, complete with an auto-shop themed storefront, live DJ performances, and signature food and beverage offerings, Bodega will host an F1 event at its South Beach location all weekend long. The lounge will open early from 12pm onwards on Saturday, with food and cocktail specials running until 8pm, including carnitas rancheras nachos and a spicy cucumber cooler.
